My Car Started Making A Rattle Or Knocking Noise From Front Of Car But When I Turn Steering Wheel To Left It Stops, Still Runs Fine However. Please Guide Me?

It could be any number jack front wheels and check for slackness, if firm then its joints worn in the steering and its one case that you have start a to b.
You can also check engine mounts.

It is likely that you damaged the casing around the mechanisms that turn your wheels. Around these mechanisms, there is a case that his filled with a lubricant. Once damaged, the case might crack and loose the lubricant. This is probably the knocking that you are hearing.
