The back is straight axle, so there isn't any adjustment on it. But the front wheels can't be adjusted. Toe is adjusted using the nut and rod the goes to the back of the outer tierods. Camber and caster is adjusted using the eccentric bolts on the upper control arms. With a 98 there is a very good possibility that you may have to cut out the knock outs on the upper control arms. The knock outs are the oblong sheets of metal that are being the eccentrics that keep them from moving. But if you don't have a way to measure the alignment then I would suggest taking it to a shop with an alignment rack. But make sure us ask for a copy of the alignment when your done
