The first thing to check for is some accessory that is staying on when the vehicle is parked. Check the vehicle at night to determine if a dome light or brake light or any other device is left on or staying on.

You also may have a bad battery that will charge but won't retain the charge.

A good shop will check the battery and the alternator for you if you don't find anything drawing the battery down when the vehicle is parked.

You may need a new alternator. It is responsible for keeping the battery charged, and when it goes out, the battery can lose power extremely fast.

To be really fully charged a car battery should have 12.65 volts.

If you have "only" 12 volts the battery might not really be any good.

Have the battery tested.
