Transmission Fluid Was Leaking Into My Radiator And In Return Was Getting Water Into My Transmission And It Just Stopped Pulling .changed Radiator And Fluid But It Worked For A Little While .how Do I Drain Fluid Out Torque Convertor?

You can try to take it to a shop that has  transmission fluid exchange equipment.
I would try that first, because the exchange equipment will push anything and all fluids out of your transmission, torque converter and your coolant lines.
This would probably cost you around $100.00 and it is just a gamble.
Usually, if water gets to the friction clutches in the transmission, it will ruin them and you would most likely have to have the tranny rebuilt.
