Follow the top radiator hose to where it enters the top of the engine and the thermostat is under the goose-neck that the hose connects to. Remove the two bolts holding this goose-neck in place, lift it out and the thermostat sits in the opening. Of course drain the radiator before removing any of these parts. Reinstallation is just the reverse of the above.
