Where Do You Put Transmission Fluid At In A 2003 Ford Explorer?

You don't.  Fluid must be sucked out and pumped in.  You can't do a trans tune up on these yourself.

It has to be pumped into the transmission from underneath, if you do not have a dipstick to check the fluid
that is the only way to do it !!!
