Hopefully you did not run the transmission by shifting it under power and you can drain out the incorrect fluid and put the correct fluid in...believe it or not just had this happen and called a garage mechanic that was nice enough to tell us that it would not do any damage as long as we removed it and replaced the fluid with the right kind...hth
