Depending on wheather it has auto hubs or manual hubs you must remove outer 4x4 cap screws, then remove cir clip around outer axle shaft then the wheel bearing nuts slide the rotor off, then presuming that you are replacing the rotor not the hub, place rotor with hub facing up, then take a brass punch and drive out the wheel studs and separate the two. After that clean the mating face of the hub and slide the new rotor on the hub and try to use new wheel studs, line up the two ( hub and rotor) and use the brass drift do seat studs thru both Assemblies and use a 3lb hammer seat the studs that is the most common way to perform this .
