2005 Ford Explorer Transmission Cratered After Transmission Flush 59000 Miles What's Wrong?

I would find out for sure if you were not suppose to flush the tranny, a Ford Dealer should be able to tell you this. If this is true then the other shop should have known this and they made a mistake and are responsible for the repair. I had a similar problem one time at a fast lube and they paid for all the repairs.
