What Happens If I Use The Wrong Antifreeze In My Car?

It is hard to say unless you said which antifreeze you used.

But if some "wrong" antifreezes are mixed they can form a sort of jello like mixture that will not cool well.

It is best to just use what your owners manual says and do not mix!
