But wait, there more!

Antifreeze also raises the boiling point of the coolant in the engine. This helps to avoid overheating.

But wait theres more!

Antifreeze has corrosion inhibitors that prevents rust and corrosion in the engines cooling system.

The point is that its a bad idea to run your car with only water. Antifreeze is not only to prevent freezing, it does a whole lot more!
