Seems like you may have a similar problem I had - Did your vehicle set up for awhile? I replaced everything on my Corolla, and after all was done, the brake lines(rubber) in the front were bad. Without having good brakes, I would have never known. The pressure was what it should have been in the lines, and thats what caused the lines to collapse. Maybe you could look into this.
