Does the engine turnover? If not and the starter is good there is a relay between the ignition switch and the starter it is located on the Fuse panel on the passenger side kick panel. The relay is in the upper right corner if original the relay is white if it's been replaced recently it is black. Or the top and towards the rear of the car. For a test you could swap it with any of the top relay's I think the middle relay is for the door lock's but I'm not sure I haven't been in the car for a few months and I forget what did not work when I swapped the relay. If you have Pep Boys or other auto parts store the relay is $7.99 or near it, at the Ford dealer it's $22.00
