I am replacing the blower motor in my '95 Astro. Chance are things are pretty much the same. The motor is located on the passenger side, under the hood. Just behind the reservoir that holds coolant and windshield wiper fluid. You pull up on the middle of the black buttons that hold the reservoir in place. I used a pliers to do this. Next, I pulled the rest of the buttons out and worked the reservoir up to a point where I had to disconnect the the small hose from the radiator to the reservoir, and an electrical connector towards the bottom of the reservoir. After that, there are 4 or 5 screws you need to remove. Some of these are tucked under the fender, but you can feel for them and find them. After you remove the motor, you may have to take off the hamster wheel (blower fan) to get the motor clear of the van. Hope this helps.
