The fuel pump is in the fuel tank. You have to remove the tank to replace the pump. Sometimes you can hit the tank on the bottom with a hammer and a block of wood, The fuel pimp will stick and when you hit the tank it will jar it loose. If that don't help you may have to change the pump.
