Yes is the answer... A microcar mc1 can be driven on a full motorbike licence but on a provisional licence the only car you can drive is a cursor 3 wheel puddle jumper. This car was made for 16 year olds to go on the roads without the full Uk driving licence and there were just over 100 made so very rare.. I'm trying to get my hands on one at the min bcos I'm desperate to drive and only 16.
The Cursor's max speed is 29 mph. And the Microcar mc1 is more modern and there are a lot more of them about.
