My Speedometer Does Not Work On My Car, I Checked The Drive Gear It Seems To Be Ok, I Can Not See The Speedometer On The Dash, What Could It Be?

Demeyerk_ there are only 3 or 4 common reasons for this --the insert that screws into the side of the transmission is worn or worked loose--the insert that screws into the dash gear-box is worn or worked loose--the stiff wire that connects the two inserts is broken--the speedometer indicator itself has fallen or broken off--only one situation precludes buying&installing new speedometer chain--the hand fallen off--in that case remove glass panel&replace hand on spindle-hope this helps.
