From what I read on the web and it seemed to fix my problem...with car off and keys out hold in your trip button till it flashes a weird code then your dash will do about a 1-2 min light show =) and it will reset itself hope that helps it worked for my 2003 dodge caravan
I had the same problem and did the suggested holding in of the trip speedometer button until it flashed code Sof 4.0. Van/ignition should be off when doing this. Following the code dash lights flash on and off for about 30 seconds then speedometer was reset.

Oh my god this really worked on my 2004 Dodge.I called a dodge dealer and was told to reset my speedometer it would cost 150.00.So happy!
Thanks, the answer for 2001 Dodge Caravan worked for a speedometer that quit working after having a dead battery jump started. Try it if you have the same problem.
