It looks like a oil filter and it is on the right side of the engine by the valve cover it just unskews. There is a sensor in the bottom of it take it out and put it in the new one. When you get the new one on there is a bleeder skew on top of the filter housing loosen it and there is also a priming pump on there too pump it tell fuel come out the bleeder then tyten the skew start truck and check for leaks.
