This is lots easier then the evaporator!
You will first have to discharge the freon from the AC system and then disconnect the AC hoses. Then its just a matter of removing the condenser.
Next you will have to pull a vacuum on the system and add any oil lost from the old condenser.
Last you will have to fill it with new freon.
