This is how for my 2007. Three bolts hold mirror on from inside the car door. To remove interior door cover there are three screws. One by interior door handle behind popout. One on side of door, one on bottom. After removing screws, there are pegs that hold door on, pry them out. Seems hard at first but they come out. Use screwdriver/chisel of other pry tool but use a rag or something to protect the door paint. Small interior plastic panel opposite mirror also pops out from two pegs. Remove old mirror plug and then the three bolts. Plug in new mirror and then rebolt three bolts. Push small plastic panel and door panel pegs back into holes and replace screws.
