The Good news:
The rear main seal is the seal that prevents oil from leaking out the back of the engine and would probably cost around $20 for the part itself.
The Bad news;
To get to the rear main seal requires that the transmission be removed from the van. Removing transmissions on transverse engine cars is at the top of my "List of my most LEAST favorite things". Then the drive plate thingy has to come off only then can you actually see the rear main seal.
