How To Locate Speed Sensor In Grand Caravan 2003?

Mostly, aftermarket part verses factory part will sometimes make a big difference.
Not sure which transmission you have, but every front wheel drive Chrysler transmission I've ever seen, the sensors screw into the transmission at the front of the van.
If the speed sensor is bad, either your speedometer would not work properly and/or your transmission.

On the transmission housing, close together, as you face the engine on the drivers side, look down at the transmission and the top right is the "OUTPUT SPEED SENSOR" and the one on the lower left is the "INPUT SPEED SENSOR". There is also the VSS "VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR", but that's the one I'm looking for...I can't find it. Does anyone know where that is?
