Can I go to jail for not giving the repo man my car? I'm disabled and can't go to the doctors without my car. I'm 3 payments behind and live in illinois.

Its always ba possibility but chances are you wont but chances are real good that the Repo Man will get your  car eventually or may even get a court order to take it from you and not a whole lot you can do except catch up on payments
