2003 explorer won't go in reverse or drive. Only 1st ,2nd &3rd?

Your car is either low on transmission fluid, or much worse - you're transmission has a problem. Add more transmission fluid if that is the case. If (hopefully not) it is a problem with the transmission, you'll need it to get repaired and/or replaced by a mechanic.
