First and reverse use the same hydraulic servo. The transmission needs to go into the shop. It is either the band(most likely if it "slipped" while driving) or the valve body is plugged(not allowing fluid to the servo) or this model may have an electronic actuator that went bad. Any of the situations involve digging rather deep in the transmission
