My 1988 Chevy Silverado Has Lost It's Dash Lights After Flickering For More Than A Year. Also I Lost All Running Lights; Ie; Tail Lights, Front Marker Lights. The Fuse Diagram Is Missing From The Fuse Box.can You Help?

I own a 93 chevy silverado and my lights were going wacky also I would use turning signal and flashers would come on tailights would only come on if I would touch two wires together that weren't even for the lights brought it in to have a drop hitch put on and to have it wired for trailer and guess what they found all my wires where melted together on my frame this could be whats wrong
