My Turn Signals Won't Work But My Hazard Lights Work Why Is That?

Certainly could be other problems but the most likely would be the flasher. Many cars in the past actually used two flashers. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard flashers. If it is a car which uses the bi-metallic element type; the turn signal flasher would wear out long before the hazard one because of much greater use. This analysis is probably not valid for newer cars which use an electronic means of controlling these functions. Hope this helps.

Ok well I just went out to check to see if I even had a silver box but when I found it I just pushed it in and wiggled it and sure enough they started working again.

If brake lts work then your turn signal unit is bad under dash board usually but auto parts store can tell you exact location. Its a small silver or chrome box
