Titanic also known as the Floating Palace took more than two years ( from March 31st , 1909 to may 31st, 1911) for its making. It was fixed with four Kilowatt electrical generators. The cabins and other rooms were of the best quality. The food on the ship was excellent. Electricity was used for electric lifts, gymnasium (for the electric camel), refrigeration, cooking galley, heating, watertight doors, ventilation fans, telephone system and the wireless equipment.

The first class passenger facilities were the captivating Grand Staircase, the glass dome over this staircase, smoking room, dining saloon, reading and writing room, café Parisien, swimming pool, the private promenade deck and the suites. The suite was equipped with a sitting room , two bedrooms and a bath and lavatory. The second class facilities included the dining room, public room and cabins. The cabins were not like the first class ones. The third class facilities had dining rooms, smoking and public rooms and cabins in the lower parts of the ship.
