Assume you have disc brakes. The pads are probably not set the correct distance from the rotors. They are probably touching when the car is cold. You hear no squeel from pads because they are new. A lot of brake dust on wheel? What is happening is the pads are heating up because they are touching the rotor, they expand from the heat and finally stop wheel like you were stepping on brake pedal. The normal distance from pad to rotor isn't there.
