Remove the steering wheel..install the steering wheel locking plate removal tool..remove bull ring..after removing locking plate remove 3 phillip head screws..that removes turing signal switch..then theres 1 torx head screw that holds the locks on the plate..after removing torx screw pull out lock cylinder..reverse step to install a new one..hope this helps my fiance is a diesel mechanic..gd luck:)
