Make sure it is tight, and you may need to spray it with belt dressing.  Belt dressing conditions the rubber, making the belt last longer, as well as gives it a slightly sticky surface what will not slip and squeal.  Any auto parts store should carry a can of belt dressing.  I give about a 98% guarantee that this will fix the problem.  I spray all of my belts about twice a year.
