Your going to love this did you check the body ground wires? Pay attention also to that all the computer changing does create a problem,if they werent new. Pay attention to the security light on the dash it will light if it thinks is being stolen. In that case you need the computers to all relearn to talk to each other.

Did you try starting fluid in the throttle body since that will tell us if its fuel or electrical trouble.

It's possible the tone ring for the crank sensor is bad or that you have a restricted fuel line. Remove the fuel line from the fuel rail and turn the key to the on position to see if fuel shoots out or hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the shroeder valve on the fuel rail. The pressure should be over 40psi. If no fuel pressure find where it's restricted or plugged, maybe bad fuel filter.
