Need to change spark plugs but also need to find out why this is causing them to go bad over advanced ignition, timing, poor engine cooling
system efficiency (scale, stoppages, low level), a very lean
air/fuel mixture, or a leaking intake manifold. When these
conditions prevail, even a plug of the correct heat range will
overheat. Could be the poor engine coolant or leaking intake manifold. Might have to put it on a machine to diagnose the problem.

The plugs are white because the cyl temp is to high, or the timing is to advanced. Also might be the dry gas. For the bogging problem, if the correct plug is in place and mapped properly check the fuel pressure and check for codes.

Depends on the type of engine....fuel injected sounds like clogged injectors. Or the timing. Maybe even a oil leak in one or more of the  the cylinders.
