If you have removed all wires from truck then we will start here.First remove no. 1 spark plug which is driver,s side front and stick your finger in the hole and have someone click over the motor until you fill air compression at that cylinder and stop there.You may have to try this a few times to make sure you have it at no.1 compression.If you have cap installed remove and see where the rotor button is pointing and when you reinstall cap where the rotor is pointing at terminal on cap that is no.1 to start on for firing order.Firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 ---- 1-3-5-7 is driver,s side starting from front of engine and 2-4-6-8 is pass side starting with front of engine When you put no.1 wire on then go clock wise with balance of wires as for 8 pass rear and then 4 passengers second spark plug and then 3 driver,s second second spark plug and then 6 passengers third spark plug and 5 driver,s third spark plug and 7 driver,s last one and last plug no.2 is passengers front spark plug.Wires are different lengths so you may have to remove one and switch around to get the right length for some.
