Part of the hinge is welded to the body, the old hinge would have to be ground off and then welded back on.
But you might not need to do this. These hinges have hinge pin bushings that often wear out. I fixed an 99 s-10 door last year. It fixed things up nicely.
Replacing the bushings is the easy part, removing and putting back the door check spring is the hard part! They do sell a special tool to do this, buy it when you buy the new bushings. I managed to do the job without the tool, took three tries, a good vise and about 120 plastic tie wraps.
