From what I've read on the internet in the past week, you have 2 choices, both of which are a big job. # one you drop the tank which I wanted no part of, or #two pull the box off the frame. I tried to loosen the bolts that hold the box on with no luck. So I came up with a new and far easier way to do this job, I simply plotted exactly where the fuel pump was and cut a neat square out of the bed floor about 12 inches square and there it was, bing bong, bob's your uncle. Riveted a couple steel plates for back support and put the piece back in. A bit of silicone and bed liner back in, off to the races.
