Well I have a transmission mount that needs replaced and the mechanic that looked at it said it will be about 150-200 to replace and labor. If you have a hoist though you can do it yourself. You just need to hoist up the car and then you will need to lift the transmission. If you do it yourself depending on the car the mount is only like 30 to 40 dollars
