Basically regular maintenance for your truck ,fluid changes(oil,coolant,transmission),filter changes(air filter,fuel filter),electrical check up (computer scan)spark plugs and wires,serpentine belt(check for cracks,checks dry rot).battery(see if it is holding a charge) and grease all the fittings(keeping the boots,joints lubed) and maybe even check the wear and tear on the brakes(pads,rotors)...
