How Do You Get Passenger Flight List?

There is no way of a member of the public to access the passenger flight list of any airline no matter where it is going. Every airline company in the world has a strict policy which states that the passenger list will not be leaked out to anyone under any circumstances. If the passenger list was leaked this would be known as a breach of security and an invasion of privacy.

However in a small number of cases where  a person has an emergency and wants to know whether a person is or was on board, and only on such an occasion the airline concerned may feel that the correct way to act is to give the information involving the person that is being requested for to the person asking. The entire list is not revealed to any person no matter what the circumstances may be. The police authorities and other protection agencies have the right to go over the list as it may concern the national security.

If any person of the concerned airline is caught revealing the passenger list, a strict action will be taken against the person such as a termination of services and even a prison term.

I am curious  a person who has either of those type of  Panic attack or anxiety attack  , ear pressures pain  ( can be blacked out), high blood pressure affect, claustrophobia, fear of  stranger who is crazy ,  that person tolerates and scared ...   Can be on flight

I am trying to find a passenger flying from benin to salt lake city utah. They didnt have time to give me the flight information.
