Remove the clipped piece in the door armrest there will be 2 screws under it and then the piece behind the door handle and remove the one screw. Then start around the bottom of the door panel with a Flathead and pop the panel off. You will see the speaker with one screw at the top holding it on(if stock), then pull the speaker from top(you will pull the padding off with the speaker) and then lift as the bottom part is weak plastic ledge.
