Fuel filter should be on the passenger side in fromt of the rear tire on the vehicle under the frame held in placwby two plastic clips... First find the fuel pump shut ff valve in the trunk then disconnect it it should have a red button on it behind the felt on the drivers side looks like a little black or gray box about the size of a pack of ciggs then let it run until it dies to relieve fuel pressure then withn a small screwdriver remove both clips and pull off of dfuel line hook new one up (probably included new ones witrh new filter) and reconnect emergency shut off relay and start....
