Don't attempt it!! Get a friend or two to push you. If you're towed you will end up making impact with the car bumper due to your gearing being higher than the towing car, hence you will shoot forward. Seen it happen and it worked out expensive for both parties. You can buy/hire starter/booster packs for next to nought if look on the web, safer all round.
