Could be a loose hub cap.
Could be a lot of things.
Have someone drive while you,
stand in front or to the side to check
it out. My wife's car had the same problem.
It turned out to be a loose hub cap.

Could also be a rock in the tire tread. Happened to me...the noise made me insane. The fix made me happy though.
Loose hub cap..it happen when I turn the steering sometimes...its not really continuing..
Could be ball joint or shocks. Maybe
If you hear it only when you turn it might be the beginning of the end for the Universal joint on that side. If thats what it is it will keep getting worse.
