Sometimes the car speakers wires can become separated from the magnet I would try getting access to the speaker and checking to see if that is what happened if so just reattach and wala.

Assuming you've checked the obvious, like the balance and fade controls on the head unit...
First need to determine whether the problem is the speaker or the signal. One way to do this is to disconnect the speaker, and either: 1 - connect a different audio source to the speaker (will prove whether speaker is okay); or 2 - connect a different speaker (or a meter) to the speaker wires (will determine whether signal is present on the wires).
If there is signal on the wires and/or the speaker does not work with a different audio source, the speaker itself probably needs to be replaced.
If there is no signal on the wires and/or the speaker does work with a different input, the problem is probably the wiring between the radio and the speaker. (Not likely the radio itself unless the sound is also out at the left rear speaker).
In rare cases you might find that there is signal on the wires AND the speaker is okay, but connecting those wires to that speaker still does not result in sound -- this is often a matter of corrosion on the contacts. Use a mild abrasive (fine sandpaper, small file, emery cloth -- whatever you have access to) and lightly clean the connections.
