The provisional driving licence will cost you �38.00 for Cars, Mopeds and Motorcycles which will get you a photocard licence and paper document.
You will need to send off identification and a passport photograph to get your licence processed along with your payment.
Your provisional licence will allow you to drive accompanied in a vehicle (make sure you are insured) until you pass your driving test.
When you are ready to get your Full licence after you have passed your driving test you will send your provisional back to the DVLA who will upgrade it for free.
