Depends on many factors, including your vehicle. Not all body clearances with full travel suspension (downwards) to body lip and inner fender clearance will allow for such a setup.
It also depends on the wheel's offset. Your best check is to check with your tire fitter directly, especially if different alloy wheels are being used.
Make sure that they are tried on the car, and the car is loaded up so that full suspension travel is acquired. If they do not foul then and provided there is still some 3mm clearance, you should be safe. Also just bear in mind that there will be slightly more strain on wheel bearings and other suspension components, even though with you choice of size these shouldn't be too bad.
