Usually to unseize a 2-stroke engine is to remove the spark plug and pour oil into the spark plug hole then replace spark plug , let it sit for awhile then try turning the engine over until it turns freely, this will work only if the engine has not sustained some serious internal damage. The main reason that a 2-stroke engine seizes is that it has been ran on straight gas , a 2-stroke engine must have an oil to gas mixture to run properly
I have the same problem but I took the head off and the pistons are stuck perfectly centered so any mystery il I put down it just runs into the exhaust holes
