Remove the spark plug and pour oil into the spark plug hole until it fills up then replace spark plug, let it sit for awhile then try turning the engine , usually this will unseize the engine unless you have done some serious damage to your engine internally.most times a 2-stroke seizes is because it is ran on straight gas, never use straight gas in a 2-stroke engine always use a gas to oil mixture
