No, the only thing that will work is High Temperature gasket seal.

Have not ever seen epoxy hold up for any length of time anywhere on the exhaust system.
Epoxy is a rubber like substance that will melt due to the high temperature of an exhaust manifold. You may what to try J.B. Weld which will hold up under heat under most circumstances.
